Provides files to download data as it existed for this dataset on previous dates.

Statistics are most often revised for 1 of 2 reasons:

  1. For certain statistics initial estimates are released with the expectation that these may be revised and updated as further data becomes available.
  2. Revisions may also be made when methods or systems are changed.

These types of planned revisions should not be confused with errors in released statistics, which are genuine mistakes. Such mistakes occur rarely and, when they do happen, corrections are made in a timely manner, announced and clearly explained to users in line with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics (Principle 2, Practice 7).

We have corrected an error in Table 12 (Percentage offered their preferred healthcare professional, of those who were given a face-to-face appointment in the last 28 days). The previous version was missing the data for NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board. The data have been added to this version. This happened because of a human error. We have corrected an error in Table 15 (Perception of overall experience of GP practice by level of confidence managing a long-term condition or illness, for those who tried to contact their GP practice in the last 28 days). The previous version had the data for ‘Good’ in both the ‘Good’ and the ‘Poor’ columns. The correct data for the ‘Poor’ column have been added to this version. This happened because of a human error.
