The data are for London, 1996 to 2023.

An additional correction has been made to the data in the table. In the original version, 'Employee Jobs, 45: Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles' and '47: Retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles' counts were incorrect because of incorrect proportions being applied. This also means that the number of jobs in 'Total of employee and self-employed jobs' for SIC 45 has been updated. This happened because of human error. We apologise for any inconvenience.
