We have produced the following dataset showing the number of deaths from fatal anaphylactic reaction registered in Wales in 2018: Number of deaths where fatal anaphylactic reactions were mentioned anywhere on the death certificate, England and Wales, and regions in England, 2018 - Office for National Statistics

Information on deaths involving anaphylaxis in Wales broken down by Welsh health board for the years 2022 to present along with other special extracts and tabulations of mortality data for England and Wales are available to order.
