The Business Register Employment Survey estimates for 2019 have been delayed. Due to the impact of COVID, staff that are new to the survey have had to work from home and undergo training remotely. This situation had the potential to affect the quality of the estimates. Therefore, ONS felt it prudent to delay release for a month.
