Number of weekly death registrations involving malnutrition, nutritional anaemias and other nutritional deficiencies or circulatory disease. Figures are for deaths registered in England and Wales from Week 01 2019 to Week 09 2023.
Deaths 'involving' is a count of deaths where one of the specified causes was mentioned anywhere on the death certificate, either as the underlying cause or a contributory factor. Figures for each of the two specified cause groups are presented separately.
