I would like to request to see the recorded data your organisation has about the UK properties, ownership and most-recent values. Projections are made based upon these datasets, so they exist. An example is the ONS's own report.
This should be property-specific assets, as a category, rather than generic "wealth", but I am not aware what other categories are on record.

As your request references the most-recent property values we would suggest contacting the Value Office Agency (VOA), who hold recent property attribute data for domestic properties in England and Wales with a good degree of accuracy for statistical purposes. This may be adequate to meet your request.
In terms of the information ONS holds, property wealth estimates in the referenced total wealth dataset are estimated from data collected in round 7 of the Wealth and Assets Survey (WAS,), which covers Great Britain and was collected between April 2018 and March 2020. The accompanying property wealth dataset includes estimates of property ownership and values by type based on respondents' self-valuation of any property owned.
The micro data which is used to report property wealth is available under End User Licence (EUL) via the UK Data Service (UKDS) which can be accessed here: EUL WAS Data. Variables which may be of particular interest for your request include:
DVhvalueR8: Value of main residence
OthpropvalR8:_sum Total value of all other property excluding main property
Similar variables are also available for 'Other houses', 'Buy to let houses', 'buildings', 'UK land', 'Overseas land' and 'other property' including flag variables for whether person owns the above and variables for the value of these.
Please note that some very high-wealth households may have been removed from the UKDS dataset to maintain anonymity. As a result of this and other disclosure control measures, aggregate estimates of wealth published by ONS from the Wealth and Assets Survey may not exactly match those produced by the UKDS dataset.

We also publishes data on average house prices as part of the UK House Price Index and House Price Statistics for Small Areas in England and Wales. The main sources of data used are the HM Land Registry for England, Registers of Scotland, and HMRC's Stamp Duty Land Tax data for the Northern Ireland HPI.
