We publish headline annual mortality figures, obtained from National Records Scotland (NRS), for Scotland in the tab labelled 'Deaths' in the following dataset: Vital statistics in the UK: births, deaths and marriages. The latest data available is for 2019.
However, your request would be better placed with National Records Scotland (NRS), as they are responsible for the provision of mortality statistics for Scotland. They can be contacted via email at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk.
