I would like number of still births per year (and if possible by month) for 2015-2019, and for comparison, the same data for 2020 and as recent data that you have for 2021?

Unfortunately, we would be unable to provide you with monthly still births for 2015-2019. To fulfil this request, we would need to create a bespoke analysis or table. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.
Annual still birth numbers are published in our Births in England and Wales: data set.

2020 Still Births
We have released Provisional births for 2020 in England and Wales in June 2021, however this data is provisional and may be changed due to a backlog of birth registrations at the GRO. We hope to release Live births for 2020 in September/October 2021.
2021 Still births.
We have released a provisional first quarter publication for January to March 2021. Below is a 3-month comparison for 2021 to 2015.
