Additionally, please can you tell me how many cancer diagnoses have been missed since the first lockdown?

ONS are responsible for the production of mortality and life event statistics for England and Wales. Unfortunately, we do not have access to hospital appointments and treatments.
Therefore, we do not hold the data you have requested.
