I am looking for dataset for unemployment by age, and unemployment by gender along with fertility rate by residence, and fertility rate by age for past 10 years. I tried to search these datasets on the ONS website but was not able to find it.

We publish estimates of unemployment by age and gender each month as part of our Labour market statistical release, from the Labour Force Survey, in dataset A05 SA.
Table 2 in Births in England and Wales: summary tables - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) includes live births by age of mother and age-specific fertility rates for 1938-2020.
Data on age specific fertility rates by area of residence are also available here up to 2016: Births by mothers' usual area of residence in the UK - Office for National Statistics
We also produce a bulletin on cohort fertility: Childbearing for women born in different years, England and Wales - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) This release looks at the changing composition of families over time, comparing the fertility of women of the same age and the number of children they have had.
