Unfortunately, we do not hold information relating to the full labour market history of an individual, such as total years of labour market experience. Our Labour Force Survey or Annual Population Survey do not collect individual records of work history or their history of past sickness or injury.

However the LFS and APS do hold some of the data that you request namely, hourly earnings, location, industry and time in present job, education level, sickness and some other demographic information. We would suggest that you contact the surveys team directly who would be able to give you advice about the data we hold and the format in which it can be provided to best meet your needs. This information can be processed as a bespoke data set. Such services fall outside of the Freedom of Information regime and are subject to legal frameworks, resources and agreement of costs. If you would like to request this bespoke dataset, please contact socialsurveys@ons.gov.uk. to discuss your enquiry further. Please note, there will be a charge for this work which would be subject to our charging policy.

For clarity about what our LFS survey covers then you may wish to consult the LFS user guide which is accessible here:

https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peopleinwork/employmentandemployeetypes/methodologies/labourforcesurveyuserguidance

It is however quite a lengthy document and our Social Surveys Team would suggest that you contact them to help you navigate through to the relevant sections.

We do note that you have requested raw data. If you were looking to access individual record level data, we are unfortunately unable to release this as it would be considered identifiable personal information and disclosure of such information is prohibited by Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA).
