I would like to make a Freedom of Information request regarding child killing, my research surrounds the act of infanticide and filicide. Therefore I would like to request statistics of homicide carried out by a parent when the child is under the age of 1.

We publish analyses of data from the Homicide Index recorded by the Home Office which includes the homicide of children under 1 year of age (infanticide). The most recent data from the year ending March 2022 can be found here:
Worksheet 4 lists the number of offences by age and sex of victim and worksheet 14 lists the relationship of the victim to the principal suspect however, this data is not disaggregated by age of victim, and, unfortunately, we do not hold this information.
