Please could you kindly provide me with the number of employees by responsibility level (job grade), division and sex for the last 10 years? Please don't aggregate Grades 6 and 7.

The associated download provides a breakdown by division, grade and sex for the 10 years 31 March 2015 to 31 March 2024 inclusive.
Values of less than 5 have been suppressed, as these values can be used in combination with other available information to determine the sex of individuals, which would be an unfair disclosure of personal data. As such, this information is exempt under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
You may wish to note that breakdowns by grade and sex (without division) are publicly accessible through our published Annual Report and Accounts which are available on the UK Statistics Authority website, and through published Civil Service statistics which are available on the GOV.UK website.
