Thank you for your request.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the specific information that you have requested. However, we do hold the following information, which may be useful for you.

We publish figures on crime in England and Wales based primarily on the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime data.

We publish statistics on financial loss suffered by victims of different types of fraud in Tables 8, 9a-9c and 10a-10b in our Nature of crime: fraud and computer misuse tables. The latest available tables are for the year ending March 2022.

We also publish some related information every quarter in Tables F8 and F9 of our Crime in England and Wales: Other related tables which may be of use to you. Please note that the CSEW is a sample victimisation survey of adults living in households across England and Wales and therefore does not include crimes against businesses.

Crimes against businesses are recorded in the Commercial Victimisation Survey and published by the Home Office. The latest results are available via the following link: Crimes against businesses: 2022. If you have any queries about this data, please contact the Home Office directly.

We also publish fraud statistics in our quarterly bulletins and Nature of crime: fraud and computer misuse article which may be of interest to you. Our Crime in England and Wales: appendix tables and Nature of fraud and computer misuse in England and Wales: appendix tables contain more detailed data on fraud and computer misuse from the CSEW and the NFIB (National Fraud Intelligence Bureau).

Fraud offences reported to the police are recorded and collected by the NFIB from Action Fraud and two industry bodies, Cifas and UK Finance. This data is supplied to us by the Home Office who may be able to assist you further and can be contacted via: CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk

Action Fraud may also be able to help you with your enquiry. They can be contacted at https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/contact-us. Please see https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/fraud-stats for further information about the data held by the NFIB.

If you have any further questions you can email us at CrimeStatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavour to help.
