Could you please send a breakdown of COVID-19 deaths, vaccinated and unvaccinated from January to August 2023.

We hold the analysis of deaths by vaccination status in table 5 of the following publication: Deaths by vaccination status, England - Office for National Statistics. This provides monthly counts for all registered by age group from 18 years, vaccination status for all cause deaths, deaths occurring in England between 1 April 2021 and May 2023.
The data are for England only, as we do not hold vaccination data for Wales.
We are no longer producing analysis for the Deaths by vaccination status analysis, England series. The last edition was for April 2021 to May 2023, published on 25 August 2023. Therefore, the requested figures up between June and August 2023 are not held.
This publication was created during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to answer important questions around mortality by vaccine status in a timely manner.
