You asked

Can I have the daily cumulative reported infections for Scotland between 01/03/22 and 30/09/22 in an excel spreadsheet by health board

We said

Thank you for your request. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) COVID-19 Infection Survey (CIS) is a household survey that estimates the number of people testing positive for infection and for antibodies in the UK. Our statistics refer to the number of current COVID-19 infections within the population living in private residential households.

We publish our results in the ONS Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Survey, UK bulletin. Official reported estimates of the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 in Scotland are in tab 1a of the dataset accompanying the bulletin. The most recent swab results from the survey are in tab 1c. Data for earlier time periods can be found in the back-series of datasets using the same link.

We do not hold the information broken down by health board.

You might be interested in our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Survey technical article: Cumulative incidence of the number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 and the accompanying dataset. This includes the estimated number of people in Scotland who had COVID-19 between 22 September 2020 and 11 February 2022. While this does not cover the time period requested, we intend to update this analysis and details will be listed on the ONS release calendar when plans are finalised.

Please note, Public Health Scotland are responsible for COVID-19 data from the Government testing scheme. You can find the number of positive cases on Public Health Scotland's COVID-19 Daily Dashboard. If you have any queries regarding this data, you can contact the Scottish Government via email at ceu@gov.scot.
