Please see the following responses:

1. As per the latest Annual Report and Accounts published for 2020/21, annual operating expenditure totalled £879,103,000.

2. The total staff headcount as at 30 June 2021 was 5,677.

3. No staff have been furloughed as at 2 September 2021.

4. Income from non-public sector sources totalled £5,640,000 in 2020/21 (includes European Union income).

5. Income from the European Union totalled £161,000 in 2020/21.
