I have been directed to your department by NHS England

I understand that there have been over 30,000 vaccine deaths in England and over 5,000 deaths in Scotland. This information was made public by PHS.

Under the freedom of information act please can you confirm the figures for covid vaccine deaths in England within 60 days of the vaccine.

Do you also have the correct figures for miscarriages caused by the vaccine I have spoken with a midwife who is very concerned about the increasing number of miscarriages in vaccinated people

Thank you for your request.

You can find the number of deaths attributed to an adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccination in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset. There are currently 4 deaths registered in England and Wales with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table. The latest data available is August 2021, with September's analysis due to be published on 22 October 2021.

For deaths involving COVID-19 or all cause deaths after receipt of the COVID-19 vaccination, we hold the following analysis Deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status, England: deaths occurring between 2 January and 2 July 2021 which is an analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status that occurred between 1 January and 2 July 2021 in England.

This publication includes weekly age standardised mortality rates for deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status and a detailed analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 which occurred in fully vaccinated individuals.

This is the latest analysis we hold; however, we are planning a future publication which has a provisional release date of 1 November 2021. The final publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.

To note, we do not hold this analysis broken down by 60 days after vaccination. We have used 21 days after vaccination as this is when the vaccine is deemed most effective.

However, please note we are planning a future publication as we obtain more data. The publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.

Also, the UK Health Security Agency also publish a weekly surveillance report which looks at the impact on hospitalisations, infection, vaccine effectiveness and mortality.

With regards to your query about miscarriages, unfortunately we do not hold this information. We only hold information regarding still births. NHS digital would be better placed for that information and can be contacted on the following email enquiries@nhsdigital.nhs.uk.
