Can you please let me know the proportion of unvaccinated and vaccinated people hospitalised with SARS COV2 in November?

Unfortunately, we do not hold analysis for the data requested for November. Our data on hospitalisations comes from the Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) published by NHS Digital and is about 3 months delayed when we receive it. Our current data, for example, only goes up to the end of September. We therefore don't publish data on hospitalisations due to COVID-19, we only use the HES data to obtain past diagnoses and general health of individuals which is used for some analyses.
Your request would be better placed with the UK Health Security Agency, as they publish a weekly surveillance report which looks at the impact on hospitalisations, infection, vaccine effectiveness and mortality. They can be contacted on the following email address: InformationRights@UKHSA.gov.uk.
We have produced analysis on deaths involving COVID-19 or all cause deaths after receipt of the COVID-19 vaccination, which may be of interest to you. Deaths by vaccination status, England is an analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status that occurred between 1 January and 31 October 2021 in England.
This publication includes weekly age standardised mortality rates for deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status and a detailed analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 which occurred in fully vaccinated individuals.
This dataset was produced through complex linking of census data to vaccination data held by NHS. A weekly breakdown by vaccination status for deaths involving COVID-19 is available in table 1 and all cause deaths in table 2.
