I would like to find out the percentage of Millennials (aged 26-41/born 1981-1996) in the UK.

On 21 December 2021 we published Estimates of the population for the UK, England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk). Tab MYE 2 on the spreadsheet shows you the number of people of each age in the UK plus further detail by area.
We estimate that in the UK there were 14,391,255 persons who were aged 25 to 40 as at 30 June 2021 out of a total population of 67.026,292. As these are mid-year estimates they will include people born in the latter half of 1980 and exclude those born in the latter half of 1996.
