You asked

I am requesting data under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the number of recorded prosecutions, convictions and subsequent judicial outcomes (I..e, fines, community service, case dismissed) for specific wildlife legislation. I would need this information from the year 2012 to 2022.

We said

Thank you for your enquiry about wildlife crime recorded from the years 2012 to 2022.

We publish the number of wildlife crimes reported to the police in England and Wales in Appendix Table A4 (row 227), which is released alongside our Crime in England and Wales quarterly bulletin.  These data are available from 2015 up till year ending March 2023. Unfortunately, we do not hold any further breakdown or information on this offence. The Home Office are responsible for police recorded crime data so may be able to provide additional information on the number of wildlife crimes reported to the police. They can be contacted at the following email: CrimeandPoliceStats@homeoffice.gov.uk

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are primarily responsible for data on prosecution and convictions. The  Outcomes by Offence data tool: December 2022 may be helpful to you as it can be used to filter on the offence type and outcome. If you have any questions about this data tool, the Ministry of Justice may be able to help you further and can be contacted at ESD@justice.gov.uk

If you have any other crime-related queries, you can email crimestatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavour to help.
