Please supply information relating to the year on year rise in the number of new housing and property developments within the three settlements of the valley (Yawl, Uplyme & Lyme Regis) between the years 2000 & 2021.
If this is not something that is held within your records I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

New housing and property developments:
At ONS, we publish information on new housing at the UK level, and for the four UK countries separately. This data is typically available quarterly (depending on data availability) in our House building, UK: permanent dwellings started and completed releases. Unfortunately, we do not hold data on any sub-national house building statistics or any data on property developments.
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) publish data on the number of permanent dwellings started and completed are published by their Live tables on housing supply: indicators of new supply. This data is available from 1980-81 through to 2020-21. However, the smallest geography level we hold this data for is the local authority district level.
We do not hold statistics which would provide the number of new housing for Yawl, Uplyme and Lyme Regis as per your request. As DLUHC publish data at a smaller geographic level than ONS do, they may be better placed to answer queries on whether it is possible to produce this data.
