Thank you for your request

  1. There are no KPI's included in this contract.
  2. We do not hold information regarding the framework, as this is owned by Crown Commercial Services (CCS).
  3. This contract has only recently been awarded and therefore has no spend on it.
  4. Contract start date 1 June 2024. The contract is in place for 3 years with an end date of 30 June 2027.

  5. As ONS used the rapid award option on the DPS, a shortlisting exercise was completed on the system. Filters were selected from apprentice cohort mix, minimum number of apprentices to deliver the programme, training availability, training delivery mode, training timetable and personally identifiable information stored/processed. ONS then used the shortlisted supplier's prospectus and pricing information to make a rapid award to the supplier that met our requirements.

  6. The contract has an extension option available for 12 months.

  7. This contract has only just been awarded.

  8. This information constitutes personal data and is therefore exempt under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
