I'm looking to find out how many homes in the UK have been built using modular methods of construction in the 2019 compared to 2020.
I would like this information before the end of 2020 please.

Unfortunately, we do not collect data on modular methods of construction. We are not aware of any other Government departments that would be able to provide this data. However, it might be worthwhile searching the Government Statistical Service (GSS) UK Housing and Planning Statistics database.
A report that might be beneficial for your work is 'Modern methods of construction' released by the House of Commons - Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee.
