Thank you for your request.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested.

Our publications and data concern crime as it is experienced by victims, or as it is recorded by police.

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are primarily responsible for collating data on offenders. They produce quarterly statistical publications dating back to June 2012.

In their most recent publication for December 2022 quarter published earlier this year, there is a section on motoring offences (section 6) that may be of interest to you. You may also want to have a look at the MoJ's outcomes by offence data tool. It allows you to filter it by offence group and sex to find the convictions and sentenced numbers.

Should you need any additional assistance or any queries regarding their data, the MoJ can be contacted via ESD@justice.gov.uk

Further, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) might also be able to assist with your request and can be contacted by email at enquiries@cps.gov.uk.

If you have any other crime-related queries in the future for England and Wales, you can email crimestatistics@ons.gov.uk and we will endeavor to help.
