Please can I request all data showing deaths and reported injuries from Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines between 1 January 2021 and 1 January 2023.

Table 14 of the following publication provides the number of deaths registered due to or involving COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects in therapeutic use and table 15 will provide an age breakdown: Monthly mortality analysis, England and Wales.
As of 31 December 2022, there were 59 deaths registered where COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects is mentioned on the death certificate, of which 51 are registered as the underlying cause of death in England.
In Wales, there was one death registered where COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects is the underlying cause of death.
