Public Health England (PHE) are responsible for PCR testing so would be better placed to assist with your query. They can be contacted via email at wn_coronavirus@phe.gov.uk.
We run the COVID-19 Infection Survey which estimates the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 in the community, based on representative sample of people in the UK.
In the dataset accompanying our weekly bulletin, you can find Percentage and Cycle threshold (Ct) values of COVID-19 cases from our survey for the UK, as well as for each nation individually, on tab 6a.
