You asked
Please provide me with the official data on deaths and injury from covid vaccinated people, single and double vaccs since trials began.
Please provide data on the nature of the injuries.

Thank you for your enquiry.
We have interpreted your request as deaths and injury caused by the COVID-19 vaccine after receipt of the COVID-19 vaccinations.
You can find the number of deaths involving adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccination (not restricted to first or second vaccination) in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset.
There are currently 4 deaths registered with the aligning ICD-10 codes for this (U12.9). The latest data available is August 2021.
Unfortunately, we do not hold data relating to adverse reactions to the vaccine.
The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority publish the Yellow Card Scheme which records self-reported adverse reactions to vaccinations. For further information on the Yellow Card scheme, please contact the on info@mhra.gov.uk.

We have published the following release Deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status, England: deaths occurring between 2 January and 2 July 2021 which is an analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status that occurred between 1 January and 2 July 2021 in England.
This publication includes weekly age standardised mortality rates for deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status and a detailed analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 which occurred in fully vaccinated individuals.
