Please can you provide me with the following information:

1) The percentage of male, female and non-binary employees employed in the Census 2021 Health and Safety Team

2) The percentage split of ethnicities of employees employed in the Census 2021 Health and Safety Team

3) The percentage of male, female and non-binary employees currently employed in Regional Management positions and above in the Census 2021 Project

4) The percentage split of ethnicities of employees currently employed in Regional Management positions and above in the Census 2021 Project

5) The percentage of male, female and non-binary employees currently employed below Regional Management level in the Census 2021 Project

6) The percentage split of ethnicities of employees currently employed below Regional Management level in the Census 2021 Project

Please note that questions have been grouped for reporting purposes, and the questions related to above/below regional managers have been interpreted as SEO grade and above, and HEO grade and below.

1&2: The number involved for these two questions is less than five, and so could be disclosive. It is therefore considered that a response is exempt from disclosure under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.

3&5:

• Please note, the HR system we utilise does not currently support reporting of a non-binary option, which prevents us from providing the split as requested.

4&6:

• Please note, further splits within the reporting of black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) would be less than five for each ethnicity, and so could be disclosive. It is therefore considered that a response is exempt from disclosure under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.
