This table provides 2011 Census estimates that classify all usual residents born in the countries of the Commonwealth (excluding the UK) holding a non-UK passport by country of birth (countries of the Commonwealth excluding the UK) by passport held (non UK passport held only) from national level to parliamentary constituency level in England and Wales on census day (27 March 2011). For the purpose of this table, the country of birth United Kingdom is excluded from the table. The list of Commonwealth countries has been provided by the Commonwealth Secretariat (London). On census day (27th March 2011), the Commonwealth had 54 members.
Note 1 - on Fiji : Following the decisions taken by the Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group on 31 July 2009, Fiji was suspended from membership of the Commonwealth on 1 September 2009 but it has not been expelled and as such remains a member of the Commonwealth.
