Unfortunately, the Office for National Statistics do not hold information about British public and residents who have witnessed Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).
The Minstry of Defence (MoD) or the Police may be better placed to answer your query. They have previously published reports relating to this topic they can be found here UFO reports in the UK - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). The MoD freedom of information team can be contacted at cio-foi@mod.gov.uk.
