Please can you tell me for the latest year you have the figures for, in the Employment Tribunals:
1. How many respondents had their defence struck out?
2. What were the reasons, for example, failing to respond to ET1 or CMO etc, this can be by reason and percentage or by reason and number that were struck out.

1. How many respondents had their defence struck out?
From 1 January 2023 to 30 October 2023, the UK Statistics Authority (UKSA) had no cases that were struck out by an Employment Tribunal.
2. What were the reasons, for example, failing to respond to ET1 or CMO etc, this can be by reason and percentage or by reason and number that were struck out?
Not applicable to the UKSA.
