May I request under the foi the live born record - similar to what is known as the Birth Notification Form (BNF01) or equivalent for my birth date. 25-09-1967.
Would this be archived, if so can you send me a printed copy?

The General Register Office (GRO) may be better placed to help you. The GRO hold a central copy of all birth, adoption, marriage, civil partnership and death registrations for England and Wales. Their service allows you to search the historical birth and death indexes and order copies of registrations in a variety of formats including certificates, PDFs and Multilingual Standard Forms.
