I note that the Contract Award Notice published by the ONS on Contracts Finder missing the contract documents, with the procurement reference: PU-21-0140(i) - AWARD.
I would like to know:
Why haven't the contract documents been published on Contracts Finder for this contract?
Will the ONS take action to publish the contract documents including any contract amendments as soon as possible?
Have all other contract documents for all historical COVID-related contracts issued by the ONS been published?
The outstanding publication of contract documents for this contract represents a significant gap in transparency and is concerning.

1. Why haven't the contract documents been published on Contracts Finder for this contract?
In accordance with Section 2 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (legislation.gov.uk), we have provided the applicable details at the Contract award stage. Previous FOI requests relevant to this query can be found at the following links:

We will continue to publish Contract Award notices in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
3. Have all other contract documents for all historical covid-related contracts issued by the ONS been published?
In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, we have provided the applicable details at the Contract award stage for Contracts awarded by ONS.
