Please can you supply some details on maternity leave for employees at Arrow XL by day / date
From the period 1st June 2019 to January 31st 2021
1. Count of staff by day starting maternity leave
2. Count of staff by day returning to work from maternity leave
3. For those staff returning from leave on a specific day the average length of time that those staff returning to work were on maternity leave for
Please can you supply in an excel files format or csv (preferably) on two separate tabs as detailed below;
tab 1 - staff commencing maternity leave (column 1 = dd/mm/yy, column 2 = count of staff commencing maternity leave)
tab 2 - staff returning from maternity leave (column 1 = dd/mm/yy, column 2 = count of staff returning from maternity leave, column 3 = average length of maternity leave for staff returning on the date specified in column 1 - (i.e total days maternity leave for staff who returned divided by staff who returned that day)
Please do not disclose to ArrowXL that this request has been made by me.
Please can you confirm by return receipt of this request, if any additional information is required and also the date that the information will be supplied back to me?

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) does not collect information from individual businesses on the details of employees' maternity leave arrangements. Therefore, we do not hold this information requested.
Additionally, where information is collected from businesses, it is done so under legislation that prevents ONS from disclosing any information relating to, or that might identify an individual business. Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA) renders it an offence to disclose information held by the Statistics Board for statistical purposes that would identify a body corporate.
Consequently, we are not able to provide you any information relating to maternity leave at Arrow XL.
