Can you please provide all deaths and health problems occurring due to the COVID-19 vaccines (all of them)?
Including all those individuals with underlying health conditions and without, for all of 2021?

Thank you for your enquiry relating deaths and ongoing health issues attributed to the COVID-19 vaccination.
You can find the number of deaths involving COVID-19 (not restricted to first or second vaccination) in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset, these include figures for deaths involving adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination.
There are currently 4 deaths registered with the aligning ICD-10 codes for this (U12.9). The latest data available is July 2021.
Due to the small numbers, we are unable to disclose further disaggregation of this data, such as with and without underlying conditions, as it is considered personal information. Section 39 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 (SRSA) renders it an offence to disclose information held by the Statistics Board for statistical purposes that would identify an individual or a body corporate. As we are prohibited by law from publishing statistics in which [insert individuals or individual businesses as applicable] can be identified, we find that Section 44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) applies. Section 44 is an absolute exemption and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
