​Please supply all the information you have on the stalking prosecution rates within the United Kingdom, female stalking prosecution rates against both male and female victims in the UK, and male prosecution rates against male victims within the UK within the last 10 years.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested. The ONS Centre for Crime and Justice publish figures on the levels and trends of crime in England and Wales primarily based on two sets of crime statistics: the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime data. Neither of these data sources collect information on prosecutions.

Court statistics and data on convictions and prosecutions in England and Wales are recorded and held by the Ministry of Justice. They publish court statistics on a quarterly basis. The most recent publication can be found here. The Ministry of Justice may be able to help further with your question regarding conviction information for the last 10 years. Statistics for Scotland and Northern Ireland are produced and published separately from data for England and Wales.
