You asked

I was wondering if there were any figures on the number of UK citizens who are married to or in civil partnerships with EU citizens.

We said

Thank you for your request.

While we do not routinely publish estimates of this type, we can create estimates from our Annual Population Survey based on the nationality of the Household Reference Person (HRP) and that of their spouse or civil partner. The HRP is the person in the household responsible for paying the rent or mortgage on a property, or who owns it outright - if this is jointly held, the HRP is the highest earner or, if incomes are the same, the oldest person.

Attached is a spreadsheet with estimates of the nationality of couples in UK households in 2019, which is the most recent household-level dataset available. Unfortunately, we cannot expand the table to include all couples within a household because this would include cohabiting couples as well as those in a marriage or civil partnership.
