Please supply the death rates for the last 5 years including 2021?

Thank you for your request.
We hold the following analysis Deaths registered in England and Wales: 2020 - Office for National Statistics (ons.gov.uk) which provides age standardised mortality rates and crude mortality rates from 1995 to 2020.
The Deaths Registered Series for 2021 will be published in July 2022, this is allowing the inclusion of late registrations which includes deaths referred for Coroner investigation. The confirmed publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.
However, we do publish age standardised mortality rates using provisional 2021 data in Tables 1 and 2 of our Monthly mortality analysis.
