You asked

I am doing research on vacancies of all commercial property type against the size of the hereditament.

The data I am looking for is for each vacant commercial property:

• Local Authority
• Property Type (as per the VOA site)
• Property Size (as per the VOA site)
• Rateable Value (as per the VOA site) Summary data of the total value of the commercial property broken down by:
• Local Authority
• Number of properties
• Property Type (as per the VOA site)
• Property Size (as per the VOA site) in bands of:

1. Up to 50m2
2. 51-100m2
3. 100-500m2

4. 500m2

Summary data of the total value of the commercial property broken down by:

• Local Authority
• Number of properties
• Property Type (as per the VOA site)
• Rateable Value (as per the VOA site) in bands of:

1. Up to £12,000
2. Up to £15,000
3. Up to £25,000
4. Up to £50,000
5. Up to £100,000

6. £100,000

Properties removed from the listings should not be included.
