Can you please provide data on deaths involving and due to "U12.9 : COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects in therapeutic use, unspecified" by week of occurrence since the code was introduced.
A further sub analysis by age range, by week would also be helpful if available.

We hold the following analysis Monthly mortality analysis, England and Wales. Table 14 provides deaths registered by ICD-10 code U12.9 and Table 15 provides a 10 year age group breakdown.
Deaths due to and involving ICD-10 code U12.9 by date of occurrence can be requested via our bespoke services route. Such services are subject to disclosure control, legal frameworks, resources, and agreement to costs under the ONS Charging policy.
