Could you please tell me how many people in the United Kingdom have received a fine, how many of those fines were enforced and how many were actually paid, for not completing the census form?

For the 2021 Census, we have not yet issued any fines nor have we prosecuted anyone. Non-compliance field activity has not yet commenced. Therefore, we do not hold this information for the 2021 Census.
