Please can I have the following information:
How many employees in the hospitality sector are furloughed in each of the UK's four nations as of 27 April 2021?
Can I also have this as a percentage of each country's sector's total workforce.

Unfortunately, we can only provide workforce estimates for UK. We do not hold information on regional workforce estimates due to the difficulty in apportioning the workforce (and especially the furlough part of the workforce) across sites, countries and regions.
However, we have produced some sub-national analysis but this is only for single site businesses so will not include the multinationals. This release only provides estimates up to the beginning of March 2021. Figures at UK level that incorporates 27th April will be published on 20th May with the next publication on 6th May covering the period the workforce on furlough from 6th April to 18th April. In addition, our next single site article is planned for 25th May.
