Covid-19 vaccination deaths by vaccine brand and dosage

I would like to know the totals of the following as known up to 01/12/21

1. Total Covid-19 deaths by age group
2. Total Vaccine deaths by vaccine brand
3. Total vaccine deaths by dose

(Pfizer has already released data knowing of circa 1200 deaths in the first 90 days of this trial)

We publish weekly numbers of COVID-19 deaths by age group in our provisional weekly deaths publications. Using the published numbers of weekly deaths for 2020 and 2021, the numbers of deaths involving COVID-19 by age group, registered up to the 3 December 2021 (end of week 48 2021) are:

We do not hold analysis of the numbers of vaccine deaths by vaccine brand and dose. Deaths where the vaccine is recorded as a cause of death have a cause of death code of U12.9 - "COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects in therapeutic use, unspecified" recorded on the death certificate. The brand and dose of the vaccine are not given and is therefore not held.

There have been 13 deaths registered where U12.9 was mentioned on the death certificate up to 30 November 2021, of which 9 had this cause listed as the underlying cause of death.
