I would like to know how many youth centres are within each borough of London within the M25. I would also like to know how many chicken shops are within each borough of London within the M25.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
For information, we produce an annual publication called UK Business: Activity, size and location. This publication breaks down the number of UK Businesses (registered for VAT and/or PAYE) by geography, employment size-band, industry and legal status. It is created using an extract of the Inter Departmental Business Register (IDBR) taken on 11 March 2022.
Our UK Business data are available on our NOMIS webservice using our dissemination tool to extract businesses by SIC and geography. Please note that the IDBR data are not available by distinguishing unique major roads.
However, we can produce data through our bespoke ad hoc services covering businesses within each London Borough. Such services would be subject to legal frameworks, disclosure controls, resources, and agreement of costs. If you would like to request this bespoke dataset, please contact idbrdas@ons.gov.uk to discuss your enquiry further. Please note, there may be a charge for this work which would be subject to our charging policy.
