We produce annual mid-year population estimates based on county/unitary local authorities, the most recent of which is 2021-based.
With regards to 'party seats control', we do not produce information on which parliamentary party governs different areas of England, including at the level of county/unitary local authority. We produce statistics about the electorate of different areas, the most recent publication is 2021-based. However, these data estimate the electoral registrations in local areas; they do not describe the voting outcomes of such areas.
Unfortunately, we do not hold datasets on which party 'controls' different constituencies, or other geographical areas. For this information, you might wish to contact the Electoral Commission.
