Births and deaths including forecasted population growth and/or decline per demographic group
Please see the following link: Population projections incorporating births, deaths and migration for regions and local authorities. This contains population statistics up to 2043, including births and deaths. Additionally, please see the following link to demographic analysis by single year of age and sex, by local authority in England: Population projections -- local authorities: SNPP Z1.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide statistical projections on further demographic characteristics due to the availability of the required data. Therefore, we do not hold this information.

Criminal prosecutions per demographic group
Unfortunately, we do not hold criminal prosecution data. The Crime Prosecution Service or the Ministry of Justice, would be better placed to answer this part of your request. They can be contacted at IAT@cps.gov.uk and data.access@justice.gov.uk respectively.
Percentage of gross social housing tenancies by demographic
The English Housing survey provides the number and percentages of dwellings by tenure that fall within different categories for demographic and economic characteristics. Please see the following link for this: Annex Table 1.3. This includes age/ethnicity/economic status of HRP, household type, disabilities and gross household income. This data is available for 'all social renters' and also breaks it down further into 'local authority' and 'housing association' social rents. This data is available for England.

Unfortunately, we do not produce any up-to-date data on demographics by tenure, but there is a number of datasets from the 2011 Census which provide this information, such as:
