Please provide me with the ONS House price index with the spreadsheet that includes the amount of percentage increase/decrease of each house sold in June 2020. I can download the sheet with sale prices but it does not have the percentage fall/rise on it. You must have a spread sheet with that information on or how could you possibly say that house prices rose by 3.3% in June. Please include the 10 postcodes with the biggest percentage increase. E.g. PO1 4% increase, CR3 3.9% .increase and M10 3.7% increase.

The UK House Price Index (HPI) data is published on the gov.uk website, available via the following link: UK House Price Index: data downloads August 2020. Please download the UK HPI full file. This includes the average price, annual and monthly percentage change and other house price data at a local authority, region and country level.

We do not produce data at a post code, or individual house level and are therefore unable to provide this data in answer to this request. In order to fulfil this request, we would need use a high level of statistical skill and judgement in order to create bespoke analysis. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.

However, HM Land Registry provide data on the transaction history of individual properties, this shows how much it has sold for and when, which is available via the following link: HM Land Registry Open Data.
