Managers use a wide range of methods to evaluate and assess performance, productivity and wellbeing for those working from home and in the offices. This will include regular check-in meetings, ongoing goal setting and recording & assurance of flexi time reports.
This approach has continued to be effective during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
