I request under the freedom of information the ONS for all adverse effects that occurred during and after the COVID-19 vaccine roll out.

Thank you for your request.
We are responsible for the production of mortality statistics. Our mortality data comes from the information collected from the General Register Office at death registration.
As of July 2023, there were 64 deaths involving COVID-19 vaccines causing adverse effects in therapeutic use in England and Wales (Table 15, Monthly mortality analysis).
We do not receive any further data on the adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. Adverse reactions are reported using the Yellow Card Scheme. Please contact Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency for further information. They can be contacted on info@mhra.gov.uk.
